Anyone who is caught cheating/committing fraud in any way that are in violation of terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own violation.

Cheating is: using software to click or participate in/on GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM program/links in any way, having or creating multiple accounts, attempting to sell your account and any other things that are commiting frauds.
No payment will be made to you if you owe GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM money until you have paid your debts to GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM in full.
You are the only one responsible for any and all use of your GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM account including authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account.
If any instances of type fraud/system abuse or activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM that will be detected it may result in member termination and legal action.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up.
Anyone found to be inactive, who has not accessed his/her account in the past 60 days, could be terminated and all of his/her earnings will be lost.
2) Relationship between Parties Terms
You and GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership or any relationship between you and GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM.
You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section.
You are the only one responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM.
For privacy and protection no part of this site may be reproduced in any way without consulting with GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM owner first.
This includes all copyrighted material.
Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of content online/offline by any means or method is prohibited.
3) Payments & Purchase
All your orders are final and non refundable.
All payments should be done through our website only.
Payment to members are processed at least once at 7 working days, excluding weekends or holidays.
Payments can be held for up to 60 days if fraud is suspected.
You, the user, understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made to you or any other members until GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM has received payment from its advertisers.
GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM will never be deemed as owing payment to any member, but will make payments only after verification of the legitimacy of an account and balance.
We may remove payments or amounts from account balances if we consider it is necessary.
Any member who is found to be cheating our referral system by providing fake referrals to receive a bonus will also be banned indefinitely, resulting in losing all of his/her earnings.
4) Limitation of Liability Terms
We will not be liable for lost profits of any kinds of indirect incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement Terms, even if we have been advised of such damages.
5) Account Termination & Verification Terms
GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM reserves the right to refuse membership without giving a specific reason.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and close your account without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to ask members for an address confirmation document at any time to confirm that a valid account has been registered.
Payment will be held until the member is fully verified or indefinitely if no address confirmation document is provided.
By accepting GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM terms & policy you acknowledge that this information may be requested at any time and that failing to provide it will result in losing all your earnings until it is received and verified.
If the information provided does not match (name, adress, etc) with what you registered and held on you GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM account you acknowledge that the account will be terminated with the loss of any balance that you have in your account.
We may terminate and forfeit any of your pending earnings if we found that the name on your PayPal Account or another payment service does not match with the one that you used to register on our site.
We also reserve the right to terminate inactive accounts in order to minimize our administration overhead.
In order to keep an account active we do require you to access your account at least once every 60 days.
6) Anticheat & Account Suspension
You should know that each time you wanna do a "fishy" thing our system will save this log.
You should know that if you try to "hack", "sql injection", "xss passthrought" and other things this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account
You must not Interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
We reserve the rights to give to suspend your account for any valid reason from our tos, or related to it.
If your account is suspended for any reasson you cannot ask a refund, your account will be "wiped" (stats, referrals)
You may not create or use any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
You are not allowed to use any proxy or VCC to complete any offer available on our offerwalls.
7) Spam Terms
Refferal spamming even if you are using programs is prohibited.
Failing to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership on and with GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM and may result in legal prosecution.
We strictly enforce anti-spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime.
Any member caught spamming will have their account terminated immediately and lose any earnings and will also be held liable for spamming as we will cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
Signing up multiple times from the same computer or having multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
GPTPAIDSURVEYS.COM will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups or accounts.
We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed.
